HARBOR BEACH FISHING REPORT 7/13/17

Lake Trout have been taken straight out and North of the harbor in 120-130 foot of water. Dodgers with spin and glows and fly’s have been working well close to the bottom. Green, yellow, pink, and white with pink dots have been good colors.

Try for some Steelhead out around the color lines using bright colored spoons off the 2,5,7, and 10 colored lead lines.

Some Walleye continue to be taken in closer to shore using crawler harnesses, worm burners, thunder sticks and Hot and Tots. The perch and purple colors are working well. Try the 25 to 40 foot areas North of the harbor.

Keep those lines tight,

HARBOR BEACH FISHING REPORT 7/05/17

Still catching those Walleye!

Walleye continue to be taken South, straight out and North of the harbor in 20 to 40 foot of water using crawler harnesses and Hot and Tots off the downriggers and Offshore boards. Purple, and fire tiger colors are working well.

Lake Trout, Kings and Steelhead are out in the deeper water, try starting in 120 to 135 foot of water. Dodgers with spin and glows or fly’s close to the bottom and clean spoons are the lures of choice. Also try some bright colored spoons off the boards near the color lines. The 2,5,7,and 10 color lead lines off the boards should work too.

Bass are still in close to shore, try casting small body baits for best results.

Keep those lines tight,
