A few Steelhead are being taken North and Straight out of the harbor in 105 to 160 foot of water working the top 60 foot of water. Try some bright colored spoons off the boards using 7,and 10 colored lead lines.
Harbor Beach Fishing Report 08/28/2017

Lake Trout have been taken straight out and North of the harbor in 105 to 130 foot of water. Dodgers with spin and glows and clean spoons off the downriggers close to the bottom have been working. Best colors have been blacks, greens, and purple.
Steelhead head have been taken in the same areas using spoons. Try some bright orange, greens, and pink colors.
Walleye have been taken straight out and North of the harbor using crawler harnesses, worm burners, small spoons and Hot and Tots. Best colors have been purple, blacks, greens and blues.
Bass are still being taken in closer to shore using small body baits.

Harbor Beach Fishing Report 08/18/2017
The fish continue to be scattered right now. A few Lake Trout have been taken out in 95 to 130 foot of water areas straight out and North of the harbor. Clean spoons and dodgers with spin and glows have been working.
Steelhead are slow right now but an occasional one or two have been taken out deep using 3, 5, 7, and 10 color lead lines with bright colored spoons.
Walleye are still scattered with a few taken North of the harbor using worm burners, Hot and Tots, and thunder sticks, mix the depth of the lures and water until you see where they are setting.
Bass are still being taken in closer to shore casting body baits.

Harbor Beach Fishing Report 08/15/2017
The fish are scattered right now with the wind and fronts that have been going through. Some Lake Trout have been taken out in 140-170 foot of water using spoons or dodgers with spin and glows run from 70 foot down to the bottom.
A few Steelhead were taken in the same area using bright colored spoons off the boards with 5, 7, and 10 color lead lines.
Walleye continue to be on the slow side with a few taken on worm burners, thunder sticks and Hot and Tots. They have been scattered all over with some taken in 60 foot as well as 90 and 130 foot of water working the top 50 foot of water.
Bass are still in close to shore try casting body baits for best results.
